Inclusions:

On call from 38 weeks.

2 sessions during pregnancy to get to know each other so you feel comfortable with me there during your labour. One when you book and one at 35 weeks.

Photography of active labour, birth and 2 hours postnatal.

Online gallery with minimum 75 high resolution edited images (depending on the length of your labour, this could be more). These can be printed and shared as many times as you would like.

Optional extra - Include a birth film - $500
​If you are having a home birth with a private midwife you are eligible to save $200.

the Experience
I photograph births in all settings - hospitals, birth centres, home births and caesarean births.
I’m also a doula so being in the birth space is very familiar to me! I know how important the energy I hold is to the birthing women.​
I am not only your birth photographer...
We will get to know each other on a personal level to ensure you feel comfortable with me in your birth space. We have two 1:1 sessions during your pregnancy to go through your birth plan and build our relationship.​​
OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
01) Nurturing Our Relationship.
During your pregnancy we have two sessions (normally one when you book in and another one around 35 weeks). This is to ensure we build our relationship and you feel comfortable with me in your birth space. We also discuss what you would like me to photograph and what you feel comfortable with.

I am also a birth doula so I am very aware of how sacred the birthing space is and will support you however I can.
03) Documenting Your Birth.
I will be in contact with your support team during early labour and will arrive during active labour. I normally stay a couple of hours after the birth to capture the sweet moments of skin to skin, the first feed and to meet family or siblings if they are around.
02) Waiting For Your Call.
I will be on call for you from 38 weeks, until your baby is born so you can contact me at any hour of the day or night whenever you go into labour.

I currently only take on 2-3 births a month, including my doula clients. This is because I’m on call from 38 weeks and it is my highest priority to be available for all of my clients when they go into labour.
04) Delivering Your Gallery.
Images will be delivered within 4 weeks (sometimes sooner) depending on my backlog of images to edit, although I do make sure you get sneak peek photos within a few days!

What if you miss my birth?
Due to the nature of birth being very unpredictable, if I miss your birth for any reason then I will attend as soon as possible to photograph post birth. I will also offer you a newborn/family photoshoot within 6 weeks after the birth.
Please keep in mind that I have never missed a birth before, this is very rare.​
At what stage of my pregnancy should I book?
I often book out months in advance so I encourage you to get in touch as early as possible in your pregnancy.
When will I receive my images?
Images will be delivered within 4 weeks (sometimes sooner) depending on my backlog of images to edit, although I do make sure you get sneak peeks within 48 hours!
